Title: Atik 414ex not cooling

My Atik 414 osc has worked fine for several years but when I have tried to use it with SGP the cooler doesn't work but it does wo k with Dusk and Artemus. How do I get it to work with SGP?

I had a similar issue with cooling not working with ASCOM but did with Artemis software.  I removed the current core drivers and installed drivers from 2 years ago and it now works.

Hello,

Have you tried using the very latest version of our core software? https://www.atik-cameras.com/software-downloads/

The ASCOM driver have recently been updated and should work with SGP with out problem.
