If I was looking at an image off my QHY8, I'd say:
- the cooling had quit resulting in all the red, green and blue pixels in the image
- that clamping had been turned off, i.e.: the blooming function was disabled.
However, you're running an ATIK CCD so don't know if this applies?

it's a monocromatic sensor....
but i used maxim dl for the image acquisition, next time i will use the atik acquisition software and i'll see if there are similare option to be able or enable

now i've uploaded 3.19 firmware, and i tried to run artemis ccd diagnostic but appears the error:
can't find artemisccd.dll but this file is installed on windows sistem32......

3.19 firmware ? Are you talking about Artemis Capture (which is a capture software and not a firmware) ? The last version (the one i'm using at least) is 3.38 from the ATIK website. I already had the "ArtemisCCD.dll not found" error and had to uninstall / reboot / reinstall to get it working. I sometimes have the strange lines you have on your picture but it does not happens very often and mainly during focusing with short exposures and bright stars. If i get it on a picture, i would just remove it from the pre-process (but it never happened). Maybe the last firmware (for 383L+ this time, still on the ATIK website) fix this issue but i didn't upload it yet.

no i installed the last version of the firmware (maybe can fix the problem) but, before, and after the new firmware installation, when i tried to start artemis diagnostic, appears the error.
i try to reinstall the last version of artemis ccd, but awhen i open artemis diagnostic appears the same error.

Hi,
Looks like a camera fault to me. If you can email support@atik-cameras.com with the serial number of the camera and where you bought it we will look to sort this out quickly.
Best
