I downloaded and installed Infinity software from SetupAtikCamerasUniversal-2020.09.21 on my Windows 10 laptop and connected my Atik Infinity via Atik Air running on a Raspberry Pi.
Everything connects and runs as expected, but about every 15 or 20 seconds the capture just hangs and the only way to get it started again is to close the Infinity program and restart it. This is very frustrating and makes it impossible to use this camera.
Any ideas how to stop the program hanging?
