Title: Error displaying 414ex

Hello, Color Machine 414ex is faulty while using. The histogram is blocked and even if it's light or dark, the histogram doesn't move the 302 and 303 values. Always shows a dark image. I've tried changing and formatting the computer but it didn't work.
Does anyone know this error? Thanks!
