ATIK 420 - computer doesnt recognize ccd

Hello,
Get following error message after connecting ccd to computer and using either Artemis or Nebulosity3: Failed to load FT_CreateDevice InfoList, failed to get # of FTDI devices.
any suggestions??

Interesting - the 3/400 series doesn't use the FTDI driver and the programs are complaining that the there are no legacy cameras (ie 16IC etc) attached.
Is it causing a problem with the camera use?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling? May have to remove items in the registry as well to get it all uninstalled. Just a thought.
