Atik 314e won't connect to Nebulosity

Hi All,

New here. I've been using my Atik 314e for several months with no problems. After a month's hiatus, I tried connecting it last night to no avail. I kept getting an error box that it couldn't connect to the 314.
The cable sounds ( "kerplunk") like it's working. I've restarted the computer, and reconnected the cables. No dice.

Any thoughts?

As it turns out, I had to reload the drivers and it worked fine again. Hope that will be helpful to anyone who runs into the same issue.
