I just purchased a new Titan and I used it for the first time last week. I double clicked a star like the instructions called for to bring up the focus window. I double clicked a star and only got a sliver of a window about 3/4 of an inch high. The right side of the window said to "Double click on a star" which I already had. The other side of the window said "Tracking search radius" with a box to click numbers up or down. The top sliver of another box was just below it but I couldn't see the whole box.
Anyone out there know what I'm doing wrong?
