Atik 383L+ mono, shutter

Hello,

I guess I've a problem with the shutter.
When it is open, a small piece is stil present, causing a shadov in my light frames.
When it is closed (i.e. while taking dark frames), a small part remains uncovered.

How could I fix this issue ?
