314 not working in AstroArt

I get an error message when trying to connect my 314 camera to AstroArt 5.
The message says FTD2xx.dll is missing.

I installed the latest Atik Universal setup with no effect.


Copying each of the versions (there are several on my pc) of FTD2XX.dll in turn to the AstroArt folder stops the message but the camera does not connect. I also tried FDT2XX_NET.dll same result.

At this point I installed  AstroArt 5 in a new folder then installed the Atik Universal setup and specified the new folder for the plugin - same problem.

In AstroArt I get a choice of ARTEMIS and ARTEMISHSC.

Choosing ARTEMISHSC, I can connect to the 314 and take an image but the image is 695x519 (Titan size).
Connecting to the 314 via ASCOM also produces a 695x519 image although it said the 314 was connected.


Where do I go from here ??

The image size that the Ascom driver reports is what is read from the Atik low level camera driver so that looks like something that Atik support needs to look at, try contacting them directly rather than through the forum.
