« on: May 01, 2015, 06:43:26 PM »
Just purchased both the items mentioned was really hoping to find a way to control filter wheel via camera software so I can make a program for LRGBHa and let it all run however there seems to be a problem artemis capture will not connect to the filterwheel so I don't know how to do what I want. Unless Im wrong what I must do it run a program for L go and move filter run program for R move filter etc etc this kinda defeats the purpose of having an electronic filter wheel... help me out please someone!!

Artemis Capture is designed to connect only to their own filter wheels, not other people's.

There are lots of image acquisition applications that will allow you to mix cameras, filter wheels, focusers etc., from different manufacturers.  Sequence Generator Pro, APT, Nebulosity for example.

Do yourself a favour and give Sequence Generator Pro a trial, you won't look back...
