M1, a Lum/color picture taken 4. Jan-2016
« on: February 13, 2016, 04:32:44 PM »
Hi,
I came out observing/taking photos with my Atik 460ex mono camera/SCT 16" telescope. It was a freezing & windy night.
The Lum part is here, exposure, 92*30sec+27*60sec,

The Lum/color version is here, and the color exposure was taken with a parallel astro-setup that night, exposure time was, 26*4min,

Thanks for stopping by.

Great job NielsChr, especially if it was a windy night! Sounds like you have a nice setup there. Cheers, Howie

Thanks for comments Howie, yes windy is was, I was not able to take 5 min. Ha, SII, OIII exposures that night, starguiding was not stable enough.

You've got an amazing amount of detail in the filaments for such short exposures, good stuff!  :)
