EFW2 Where to get a replacement 'rubber band' for the wheel?

My EFW2 has had the rubber band on the outside of the wheel come loose twice now. Cant say why but it has happened. I eased off the tension on the drive wheel some that 'may' help.

But I cant seem to find where I can get a replacement band.
