Atik 460EX Installation Problem

I am unable to get my new 460EX to work properly with my computer. I have .NET 3.5 installed. I have the latest camera driver and ASCOM Platform 6.2 installed.

Both Artemis and MaximDL may grab one or several images then either they freeze, or I get a message "no camera," or "check USB or power cable" (both are fine and I have tried others), or it goes into a permanent download and nothing happens.

I am at my wits end having tried to fix this for 6 hours. Dont know what to do next.
