M27 with camera lens

Image shown was with Canon 200mm f2.8 piggybacked on alt/az mount approx 60 1 second shots with Atik colour camera. There was a bit of post processing with PS Cs3 levels, seems like you cannot avoid playing with an image to get as much detail as possible although I would like not to.

Seems like there are a lot of stars out there!

Very nice!  I have also used the Infinity with camera lenses.  The easiest way to do it is to use M42 lenses since they are easy to interface to, and they are fully manual.  Also made an adapter for my Sony A-Mount lenses, but only can use them with the fully manual Rokinon/Samyang lenses since the Sony lenses automatically stop down all the way when not on the camera.  And the adapter I made is lacking something to hold them open.
