Huge Problem with this camera

I purchase this camera in May, it was working ok but last night, it work for a min then it does not send anymore data regardless of gain settings. Before it happens I was in preview, I set the gain settings to high so I can capture focus in infinity software. Then I got a lot of hot pixels, cooling is working and stuck pixels are still there. Then the weird thing happened, it  start sending data from the target I was trying to acquired last week, let me tell you, I was pointing to Lagoon Nebula and the data coming it was eagle nebula and I was not even in replay mode and I deleted all eagle nebula files in replay directory. Then I try to unplug it for 5min and tried it again, infinity software detects it, but it does not send anymore data. I thought it was my cable so I tried my ZWO ASI385 and no problem. I experience this hot pixels 2 weeks ago also but for some odd reason it recovered fine. I wish I never bought this camera and I would like to return it or get a refund.

@56:15 you will see some weird colorization, this is similar to what I have but mine was pink half the screen and the data that was acquired the previious week on the other half.

I think if they care about their customer they should address this issue, I paid over $1300 for this and I cant use it. Highpoint Scientific wont take it back and they say they will work with Atik but no news and I have a camera the that serves as a paper weight

So today since there are no reply about my issue if someone is looking into it, both from the dealer and Atik itself I am filing a dispute to my credit card company and also to BBB.
