Competition 2012

Hello All,

We have had some great images submitted for our 2012 Atik imaging competition, most are now on line on our website.  As in previous years we plan to print the entries out and display them at the Astrofest show in London.  It’s a great opportunity to show other astronomers the quality of images being produced using Atik hardware.  This is particular true of our category 1,  Titan and 16IC cameras where we would especially love a few more entries.

The top prize this year is a camera we have not yet announced!  That said the date of its announcement is fast approaching and we hope to have the press release ready next week.

Thats one of Leonardo Orazi's entries.  Remember there are 3categoriess  each with a prize and the overall winer is selected taken equipment used into account. 
Either that or consider it a chance to moderate peopleexpectationsns on buying an Atik camera by entering a really poor image

I was thinking about making a narrowband Hubble palette image of an Atik camera taken with an Atik camera... or an image of an Atik camera live view taken with that Atik camera  Unguided.
