Voltage for Cameras and EFW2!!!!

Hi,
I’m looking at buying a AC/DC power supply. It produces a fixed voltage at 13.8 volts DC from AC.
Is this a ok voltage for the 4 series, Horizion and EFW2?
I notice that my 12 volt battery produces about 12.8 ish volts.

13.8 volt is the maximum safe voltage our cameras can safely take.
