Shutter problem Atik 383L again

Hello everyone,,
Two days ago I received my first CCD - ATIK 383L. That's what I saw testing it:

Sometimes I see shutter closing no more the 1/4 of chip size and sometimes when I make en exposure I see that it shadows the corner of CCD's chip. Should I return it or there is an easy way to repair it by myself.
