Major problems

I have a permanent setup with two atik 460 cameras.  I use maxin v5 and while I sometimes have a camera not recognised, or cooler not showing up, problem but a unplug/replug or reboot solves it.
Friday night major issues emerged.  Camera connects but no cooler and then hangs when reading.  Tried everything, changing cameras, leads etc all not working.  Took camera in to house and works with laptop, so don't think its a camera problem.

I've tried reinstalling all drivers etc, that did get rid of the initial connection error, but back to no cooler and hanging... tried ascom driver, but that says no cooler control and hangs when downloading.

Tried dusk, seems to connect, but can't start cooler control and get this when I try to take an image

Hello Helen,

Sorry to hear that you are having problems with your 460's, do both cameras have the fault? It does sound like an issue with the USB. The best course of action would be to email Andrew at support@atik-cameras.com and he will sort it out for you.
