Atik Air Connectivity

I installed Version 5.0.2.0 of the core software and reinstalled the AtikAir image. I am having trouble connecting to the RPi4. I got it to work one time with an ethernet cable. I tried to connect to wireless and now get a message "No Connection Found". I cannot even get the ethernet connection back. I uninstalled and reinstalled the core software, but no luck.

Any thoughts? Is there a bug in 5.0.2.0?

Sorry to hear that you are having problems, our software engineers are currently looking into issues with the RPi4 and Atik Air. Hopefully there will be news soon.
