EFW2 & ASCOM - How to set filter names.

Apologies if this has already been discussed - but not located with a search anyway.

I'm using a EFW2 with ASCOM but can't seem to set the filter names.  Filters are numbered 1 through 7 and although the software provides the ability to set the filter names, they don't seem to save.

I've come across a post in a ASCOM about setting names in the driver source code and then compiling, but that seems a little extreme - and then I'm not sure how that might work or not with the ATIK drivers.

Any help/pointers would be appreciated - its not the end of the world to do a manual check, but certainly a better experience to pick the filter name and see it in the description rather than the double check against a list on the wall.
