ATIK one 9.0 Filterwheel issue
« on: August 28, 2018, 05:00:57 PM »
Hello,

after changing my telescopes with unplugging the ATIK one 9.0 the Filterwheel is running without stopping. The ATIK is recognized by windows and the cooler is working. I did not opened the CAMERA. An uninstalling and new installing of the drivers didn't changed the behavior of the wheel. Any suggestions?

Kind regards Stefan

A bit late for a reply, but I just received mine in the mail and I have this exact issue. Filter wheel motor runs without stopping and doesn't respond to commands. Just e-mailed tech support.

Managed to fix my issue. The spring forcing the motor shaft onto the filter wheel carousal had come out and was rolling around inside the camera body. Put the spring back in its right place and everything works fine.
