420 OSC driver for maxim not working?

Hi guys. After lots of problems using the 420 mono camera. ( not the camera the user) I got the color camera instead. Much easier for my situation(seizures) and more enjoyable. I would like to use Maxim DL with the camera and loaded the drivers from the Atik disc, but maxim does not see it. Any ideas what needs to be done?
