Artemitis Capture just packed up.

Hi

Between my last imaging session and the current one I downloaded Nebulosity3 by craig stark, I wanted to try it out prior to buying.

I tried using it to get me a good focus using the fine focus control, this all worked fine.

Then I tried going over the artemitis capture as this all works (Nebulosity doesn't save properly in demo mode).  Initally it booted without complaint, then it refused to download any images.  Now it won't recognise the camera.

I went back to Nebulosity, and that is downloading fine, recognising the camera fine, so the camera is fine?

Is there a known compatibility issue between artimitis capture and Nebulosity?

I could really do with some feedback here as I've effectively lost use of my camera.

I tried.

Rebooting the machine
Swapping com ports so the driver was forced to reinstall.
Starting Neb and deliberately telling it to drop the 383.
none worked.

PC is a Lenovo running Windoze 7

I happily swap between the two as I tend to do frame and focus in Nebulosity and then switch to Artemis Capture to use the sequencer. Have never seen what you describe. Try re-installing Capture.

Yes.. did that last night, didn't work.  weird huh!

At least it's good to know others have successfully done what I've been trying to do.
