Blue Halo

Hi all,
I was hoping someone could help or has seen this issue before. I am getting obnoxious blue halos around some stars. I have gone threw my data regarding scope, focuser, and rotator position and there is no consistent "problem".
I have used the same setup with a DSLR and they do not appear. I also have done some sessions that have no halos. I know it could be weather and many other things. I am really interested in hearing from people who have had this issue and how they solved it (other than processing it out). attached is a link to an image of M33

Here is my setup.
Explore Scientific 102
Atik 383L+ mono
Atik FW2
Baader 2 inch filters
Seperate guide scope.

Could this be out of focus IR leaking through your filters?
Exactly what filters are you using?
