New to Atik One 9.0, basic question

I just received my Atik One 9.0, downloaded the software, powered up the camera, connected to my laptop, but cant get the camera to be recognized by windows. I have tried different cables, bot Windows 10 and Windows 7 operating systems but no luck. I downloaded the drivers and have tried configuring the camera in SkyX Pro as an Atik Universal camera and as an Ascom camera but with the same results. Is it possible that the camera is faulty or am I missing something basic? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi There,

If you contact support: support@atik-cameras.com then they should be able to help you get your camera working. A couple of things to check before doing that is that the camera is connected to a 12V supply and that the camera is appearing in device manager. (It should be under 'Universal Serial Bud controllers', 'Universal Serial Bus devices' or 'lib (Win) USB'. If you could let us know which, that will be very useful.
