Can I take a capture per command line or an other script?

I use Atik 314L+ and ArtemisCapture.exe.

Hello,

ArtemisCapture doesn't provide that function (though it has the sequencer window which allows you to automate the capture of sequences of images), but other imaging packages which support our cameras (eg MaxIm, Astroart, CCDSoft) do incorporate scripting facilities.
