460EX vertical line in subs / bias

Hi,
I'm new to the Atik 460EX mono and to CCD cameras in general. I am noticing a vertical line in my subs - same place every time. Faintly visible in light subs, but quite prominent in integrated/super bias. Is this a charge trap or a column defect?

Very likely - but I would think that your bias frame would remove this from the subs - it does in my images, anyway.

Do you see the line in the stacked processed images? If not, then I would not worry!
