383l+ colour

Hi Guys Im a newbe to this.
 I have a 383l+ colour camera, I took it out a month and it seem I couldn't get colour out of it even when I did processing still couldn't get any colour out of my image. would any of you guys know the setting to get colour images. any info I would be grateful.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your colour. How are you debayering your images?
