383L+ Mono seems to disconnect while cooling down

Hello,

wondering if some of you had the same issue:

I connect the camera and the efw2 to maxim. Then I switch the cooler on and the cooling process starts, so that, in maxim, I can see the cooler power and actual sensor temperature.

Aftwe a while, the cooler power indication disappears and the camera seems to be disconnected. Infact, if I try to run an exposure, I  get the "no camera" message.

the camera is directly connected to the PC (no hub) and to the power (no battery). Drivers are up to date.

In order to recover, I have to switch off the camera and then switch on. The problem is hard to replicate. It happens, but not always. This makes hard to troubleshoot..

I also have another 383L mono. With same setup, drivers and equipment, this other camera never presents the problem.

What/where should I investigate ?
Any idea ?
