I contacted ATIK support a few days ago and have still not gotten a response after I sent a reply detailing my problem in words and screenshots. Does anyone know what the typical time frame it is to get support? I'd really like to get my camera working.
My problem involves 64bit drivers, Maxim DL, Artemis, and ASCOM 6.1, and the computer complaining that the 64 bit driver is registered as a 32 bit driver on a brand new 64bit windows 7 machine with sp1.
If anyone has an answer, I'd appreciate it.
