New camera purchased about 8 months ago, just getting around to installing on the scope. I've got it to work a couple times, then Infinity won't recognize it so I'll uninstall drivers and reinstall and it would work. That is no longer working now. I've tried it hooked to a powered USB hub and hooked directly to the win10 computer. I've tried a different cable, no luck. If I look under "devices and printers" in win10, there is one item that shows as an "unknown device", Im presuming this is it.
It also looks like I am having problems w/ the Atik EFW now as well. It shows as installed in ASCOM but when I go to properties it shows failed to load driver.
