Saving Images using Infinity software

I have the Horizon and yesterday downloaded the latest version of the core software. None of my images I saved last night using the Infinity are working. Not a one! TIFF files with a size of ZERO k. Nice. Complete waste of a good night. Never had an issue before.

Hi Duane-

You probably did this but just wondering if you deleted the previous version of the Core software before installing the new one? As an alternative, you may be able to delete the new Core package and successfully roll back to the Aug. 18 package 4.2.2.9.
