New Infinity does not connect

Hi All,

New Atik user here.  I unboxed my new infinity this evening after installing the latest core software and drivers (download from Atik site) on a new Windows 10 machine as instructed.  When I open infinity it does not recognize the camera (no camera).  In device manager under USB controllers I see "ArtemisCCD VS" which DM says is running correctly and up to date.  Is this the correct driver? 

In the event it is a hardware issue I confirmed there is 13.8 V center positive going to the DC plug in.  However, the small LED light on the camera does not light when connected to power.  Should it light?

Thanks in advance for your help and troubleshooting advice.

The red light only illuminates when the camera guide relays are being used so under normal camera use doesn't light.
