Bayer matrix variable depending on the image?

Here is the FIT header of the last image in a series of 19 images (Atik Horizon color camera) saved and stacked last night with Infinity:

These two headers are strictly identical, however:
with Fitswork the image of the series is correctly debayered by the filter G R / B G, while the image resulting from the stacking is correctly debayered by the filter R G / G B.
Can we trust the BAYOFFX, BAYOFFY indications? What do they mean?

Hello Michel,

The bayer matrix offsets are correctly identified by our software and most other astro software. If you are unsure what the offset should be have a look at this video we made a few years ago

With your images where the offset has changed is it possible the image was rotated?
