428Ex Cooler Dialog in Artemis

I've got my new 428Ex up and running w/ Artemis.

I've set the cooler to -15C setting and turned it on; however, the Temp never drops below -4C (after two hours).

If I set the cooler setting to -10C the Temp stabilizes at -3.5C (after one hour).

If I don't turn the cooler on, the Temp stabilizes at about +23C (after 30 minutes).

I'm running the 428Ex in my office which is about +15C.

Is the temp really showing me anything of value?  Is the temp of the camera actually getting to the set value?

How does one interpret the Cooler dialog?

The DeltaT of the 428EX is -25°C, right ?

There's no way it can goes to -10°C or -15°C with an outside temperature of +15°C.

Oops!  I thought the DeltaT was closer to 30C.  That would explain the difference.
