EFW2, wheel 50.8mm trouble

Hi all,
I got from my dealer a new wheel for my Astrodon 50.8mm filters, 3mm thick. Unfortunately, the filters are too loose and don't keep in place. I didn't got any O-rings with the new filter wheel. Do I need them and is this the reason why the filters fall Thanks for your advices, clear skies.

I do believe you will need the rubber gaskets to prevent the filters from moving/falling. I don't use the 50m filters but do use the 36mm filters
and need to use the o-rings. I would suggest contacting Atik support to get a set of o-rings.

Thanks Mike, so the o-rings are necessary.
One month ago, I contacted my dealer who also contacted Atik. No response since.
I will try to contact them directly.
