Saving files to Fts? Not available? Why?
« on: June 25, 2013, 05:56:17 PM »
I go and do align and combine and then it does NOT give me the option to save as a fts file? Can someone fix this? I cannot go to RGB and add them b/c of this. Help?

Thanks

It may help to state what acquisition software you are using and which camera.

I don't use the Artemis capture software (I use Maxim) but in reading the Artemis Capture manual it implies that the images are saved as FITS files by default.
Maybe a user of Capture can confirm this?

Yes, Fits format, just as it says in the first sentence of the first paragraph of the manual.
