Atik 11000 firmware and EEPROM settings

I have an Atik 11000C , firmware 4.4., last night I tried to turn on the nose heater using the Atik config utility which appeared to work but today (the next day) the capture software is not giving me the chip regulation temperature option. The thermometer is greyed out and does nothing.....

I am wondering if I messed something up in the EEPROM when I was setting the AUX power.

Can someone confirm what the settings should be for the EEPROM please?
Currently I have:
