Maxim DL5 cant see atik 420 color camera. Not sure what to do?

Never really used maxim dl. Want too. I cant seem to connect my atik 420 to maxim. I choose Artermis in the choices both versions and nothing. Not sure what to do. Help??

When you loaded the drivers for the 420 did you also load the Maxim drivers ?
