No color on my 314E or is it Dawn?

I need help understanding why my I can't produce color files.  I am using an Atik 314E I purchased about two years ago, and use the latest versions of Artemis Capture, Dawn and Artemis RGB.  I can see the color using an offset of 0,1 when I capture images, but as soon as I use the debayer function, align and stack in Dawn, then use Artemis RGB to save as a TIFF file, all color is lost. Is there something wrong with Dawn and/or Artemis RGB that I'm not aware of or am I using them incorrectly?  Thanks.  Getting very frustrated with this camera.  When I share images with others in my imaging group they always say my images are not color.

Chris,

Have you looked into ImagesPlus  for images processing?  ImagesPlus supports Atik cameras and I use it for both image capture and processing.
