"KMP_Affinity" message error with Atik One

Hello,

I'm French and I try to explain my problem with Atik One 6.0

When I try to connect Atik GP camera autoguiding in my software EQALign or PHD2, I obtain a windows with this message :



I have a HP Pavilion laptop with Windows 8.1, AMD E2-1800APU 1.70GHz and 8Go RAM.

I think it's incompatibility with AMD processor but I don't resolve this matter.

So, how do I get to connect my ATIK GP camera?

I had this problem too, and I use an laptop with an AMD chip.

I had my Atik GP plugged into a USB3 port; when I changed to a USB2 that error went away.

This is resolved if you download the latest core software installer from the Atik website.
