New 460 EX will not connect

Just got a new 460 EX . Installed the core software and i get camera not found with the artemis software or with TSX .

I installed the camera driver and the ascom drive. Ascom also does not find the camera. I am running 64 bit Windows 7

What should I do next

Have you had any joy resolving the issue yet? Does the fan come on when you power the camera?
