Camera not recognized

Good evening all,
Just picked up my Infinity camera today.  Installed the software on two different laptops running Win10 but neither one of them sees the camera when I plug it in.

Thoughts?  I have emailed Atik also.

Interesting.  Mine worked on my Windows 10 laptop with no issues.  I did not install from the CD though, I went straight to the Atik site and downloaded and installed form there.  I wanted to make sure I had the latest of everything.

It turned out to be a power issue.  The plug was too loose.  My local store Skies Unlimited replaced the camera for me.  I also had great customer service from Chris at Atik.

I had the same problem. In frustration I wiped the hard drive and reloaded Windows 10. In loading the Atik Core software make sure drivers is ticked and also Atik Infinity at the bottom. To get the software to load I also had to download ASCOM 6.2. Drastic I know but least now everything works.
