Download does not complete

I have an ATIK 4120 EX (OSC). Using your software, Maxim, or SkyX connecting either through ASCOM or the "native" drivers is a sometimes affair. If I get connected it does not take long before the image is hung up at the conclusion of the exposure either for a single exposure or for a series. I repeat this happens even with your software. I have re-installed drivers and even the base programs. Can anyone help me with suggested settings.

Hi Ron,

Sorry to hear you're having problems. Is this started happening recently? Or is this something that has been going on for a while?

One thing to try would be to install the BETA software (http://www.atik-cameras.com/news/atik-infinity-software-update-and-beta-3-drivers/) and see if that fixes the problem. If not, it will be easier for me to figure out what's going on from there. If you continue to have problems. Please email me at ChrisG@atik-cameras.com and I'll see what I can do.
