Broadcast Scaling Problem

My broadcasts, using Monitor Capture, don't fit the windows on YouTube or VAL. About 25% of the right side of the screen is cut off. Is there a scaling factor I need to adjust in the OBS sw? I'm running a laptop at 3000x2000 resolution.
