EFW2 - Is it possible to adjust the stop position?
« on: April 25, 2016, 11:51:31 PM »
I have an EFW2 and the position of the filters appears to be slighly off center from the optical axis.  Is it possible to adjust where the filter disk stops to precisely center the filter over the optical axis?

Hi Vince,

I have the same problem. I opened a ticket (#SP00001482) but didn't hear from you since 29/4. Maybe your message to  me got  lost in the cyberspace. Please send the offset program to bilgebay at gmail dot com.

Thanks

Hi both,

I'm sorry you've had a delay on this, Vince is out of office today but I'll follow up these tickets with him tomorrow - the UK bank holiday and our stock take have us off a little out of sync, but that's no excuse.

Thanks for your patience,
Jo

Hi both,

I've been told this has been resolved by our support today, so hopefully you're both now on the way to being back up and running!

I'm afraid not. I have checked my inbox and spam folder but saw nothing from Atik :(

Thanks for the follow-up though.

Cheers

Excellent! We're wondering if it got blocked by our server because it was a .zip file. At least it's through now, we're sorry it's taken so long!
