« on: June 12, 2012, 03:35:41 pm »
I am still having issues with color conversion with the Atik 450C. Does anyone know the proper color conversion numbers for this camera (or chip)? Help Please....

Maxim DL 5. I would also like to use Images Plus if I could. I use the standard RGB but colors are still off. Thanks for any help.

Hi,

Just use RGB conversion and X and Y offset. That should work.

What would the X and Y offsets be for the Atik 450C camera?

Ahh, sorry I was referring to Maxim DL 4... Don't have access to Maxim 5 at the moment, but should be X=0, Y=1.

In any case, and since software behaves so differently, it's easy to test correct offsets. Just focus on a colorful target and experiment a bit until you get correct color. Also, note that the use of a IR block filter will help getting better color.
