Mechanical Shutter problem

Hello !

I received my new 383L+ color and after some  first exposures the shutter not open and reclose properly.
The run temperature is - 10  Celsius degrees.

I regenerate the essicant and I have no more  frost problem, but shutter not running properly likr you can see in attached photos.

I am very sorry to hear you are having these problems.  If you can email support at atik-cameras.com we can arrange to take the camera back to resolve this or can send instructions on how to make the adjustment yourself.
