Image download problems 490ex

New owner of a 490 here, can't wait to get started. I've installed the camera on my win7 laptop, and having problems. The PC hangs on image download in both SGP and Artemis. Trying a few 300s subs for an unnecessary dark library. Using latest set of drivers from the core package. Any ideas??

Hello,

If you have another USB cable it would be well worth trying it.  Also trying another USB port on the same laptop or a different computer might help narrow the cause down.
